Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and manage contractors and field service technicians
• Define service tiers, SLAs, and operational models
• Create internal RME process libraries and preventive maintenance plans
• Monitor fleet health through actionable KPIs
• Oversee spare parts strategy and management
Requirements:
• Engineering degree in relevant field or applicable experience
