In this pivotal role, the Director will work with the Executive Team and external partners to define and implement strategies that strengthen OCI’s position as an innovation leader. This position requires a strategic thinker with a record of forming partnerships across various sectors and a solid understanding of Ontario’s innovation ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and guide staff towards a positive work environment
• Initiate and manage partnerships with academic, corporate, and government entities




• Oversee development and negotiation of vital agreements
• Measure and report on partnership outcomes and performance
• Engage in industry-related organizations to enhance OCI’s influence

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Significant experience in partnership development
• Knowledge of government funding mechanisms
• Capable of strategic analysis and project management
• Strong oral and written communication skills
