Indwell is seeking a Psychosocial Support Worker to join a team-oriented interdisciplinary team in our supported housing program. You will assist tenants with mental health and substance use challenges to stabilize housing and participate in community integration, crisis intervention, and skill-building activities.
The role entails direct and indirect supports, with a focus on person-centered planning, safety, and trauma-informed care within our Covenant community.
