Acuren is seeking a full time Resource and Logistics Coordinator to support our Wind Division in Goderich, ON. This role emphasizes technician resource management and project coordination.
As a Resource and Logistics Coordinator, you'll be responsible for assessing project needs, communicating with candidates, and verifying certifications within our internal resource pool. You'll schedule and arrange IRATA training while managing travel for technicians. This position ensures effective resource deployment while fostering internal communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess project requirements and manage resource allocation
• Maintain and update an internal resource database
• Coordinate availability and training for technicians
• Facilitate onboarding processes in collaboration with HR
• Monitor resource utilization and develop improvement reports
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of related industry experience
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
