As a mid-level Production Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Producer, manage schedules, and communicate effectively with various departments. Your proactive problem-solving skills will help the team overcome any challenges that arise, ensuring that every project meets our high standards for kids’ content.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Track progress and collaborate with department supervisors
• Conduct daily check-ins with crew members




• Update reports to reflect progress and concerns
• Communicate priorities and resolve issues across departments

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Flow (formerly Shotgun/ShotGrid)
• Experience in animation production coordination is a plus
• Basic expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
