Canadian Solar is looking for a Senior Manager to join its internal controls team. Reporting directly to the VP, Corporate Controller, you'll oversee compliance programs and governance initiatives. Engage with various departments to strengthen controls and ensure productive operations while supporting the company's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and improve internal control frameworks
• Manage SOX compliance, including testing and reporting
• Evaluate business processes for risk mitigation
• Collaborate with leaders on sustainable control solutions

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree; CPA, CIA preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Internal Controls
• Robust knowledge of SOX and risk management
