WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage all aspects of hotel operations in line with Germain Hotels culture and values.
Motivate the team to exceed targets for guest satisfaction and financial results.
Stimulate organizational growth.
Support, coach, develop, and manage team performance through formal and informal means.
Be active in the community to increase awareness of the property and Germain Hotels.




WHAT YOU'LL BRING Diploma in hotel management or bachelor's degree in management
5 to 10 years' experience as a general or operations manager in a hotel - experience in food and beverage management as well as in luxury or boutique hotels
Natural ability to coach, inspire, and mobilize teams
Professionalism, enthusiasm, initiative, and customer service skills
Valuable analytical skills and ability to manage time and priorities
