Job Title: Grader - Sorting

Shifts Available: Days and Afternoons, and must be available for overtime (evenings and weekends)

Location: Burlington, Ontario

Rate of Pay: $17.60/hour

Job Type: Full time

We are seeking a Production Associate for a produce packaging and distribution company in Burlington. This role requires candidates to lift 50lbs throughout the shift and be comfortable performing repetitive tasks.

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure raw products meet established quality standards before packaging.
Inspect and grade products according to company quality specifications.
Verify that products are packaged accurately and in compliance with quality requirements.
Maintain consistent product quality by identifying and removing items that do not meet specifications.
Collaborate with the Production Manager and team to support effective production and quality control processes.





Candidate Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be comfortable with standing for long periods and repetitively lifting 50lbs
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Must be available for overtime as needed
Must have outstanding English communication skills
CSA-approved safety shoes required
Candidates must be willing to provide a Criminal Record Search
