Job Description
Efficiently cleans and inspects dishware before storing.
Stocks stations according to demand.
Regularly cleans and sanitizes station
Maintains cleanliness in all storage spaces
Understands and maintains chemicals at proper volumes.

Job Requirements
Experience in a high volume kitchen is an asset
Attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Food safe certification is an asset
Must be self driven, and have outstanding communication skills
