Shift: Afternoons 3 PM - 11 PM | Nights 11 PM - 7 AM (Monday - Friday, OT usually available)
On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking Fabric Technicians to join a clean, bright, and temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. This role involves fusing and heat-sealing fabrics with accuracy and attention to detail while working to meet quality standards and production targets.
This is a hands-on, physical position that requires frequent bending, lifting, and stooping throughout the shift. The ideal candidate will be comfortable standing for extended periods, handling materials safely, and working efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
Job Description:
Read and interpret fabric drawings
Fuse large fabric pieces together using heat sealing equipment
Work collaboratively in a small team workplace
Stand, bend, squat, pull, and lift materials (team lifting often required)
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow all company health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Ability to perform physically active tasks including standing, bending, squatting, and lifting
Team-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
Comfortable in a bright, temperature-controlled workspace
No safety shoes required; footwear should have white soles to avoid marking fabric
Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset
