Implement purchasing policies and ensure proper tendering

Requirements:
Degree in business administration or relevant field
Minimum 5 years of management experience in procurement
Experience in IT procurement in public sector preferred
Skilled certification in supply management is an asset
Supervisory experience in a unionized workplace is preferred
