As a Clinical Leader, you will oversee and integrate patient care while driving excellence and quality outcomes within the Surgical Clinic at Queensway Health Centre. This position is pivotal in coordinating a dedicated interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive care planning based on best practices. Your leadership will nurture a patient-centered approach and enhance the inter-professional care workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide mentorship to interdisciplinary team members
• Oversee patient care planning within the unit




• Coordinate day-to-day patient care activities
• Serve as a direct care provider when required
• Assess and evaluate care plans with the team

Requirements:
• Active certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum 5 years of surgical experience
• Experience with MEDITECH and EPIC systems
• Previous nursing leadership experience preferred
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
