CarePartners, one of Ontario’s largest home health care providers, is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse for a full time role. This position focuses on delivering a variety of nursing services in homes and clinics. You will work Monday to Friday during school hours, supporting diverse patient needs across Owen Sound and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain effective Care Plans
• Provide in-person nursing services to patients
• Offer wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management
• Collaborate with Ontario Health atHome as required
• Perform additional clinical duties as necessary
Requirements:
• Valid RPN degree or diploma
• Current CNO registration in good standing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• CPR Certification and immunization records
• Explicit background check and vulnerable sector check
