As a Team Lead in the Highways and Freeways group, you will drive the growth of Parsons' Transportation Engineering practice for the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO). Your extensive experience will guide a team through low to high-complexity projects, ensuring adherence to MTO standards and fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead MTO transportation project components from planning to execution
Oversee multidisciplinary highway engineering design across projects
Manage project teams including engineers and subcontractors
Support project managers in liaising with MTO and stakeholders
Prepare technical documentation to ensure quality assurance
Requirements:
Degree in Civil/Transportation Engineering
Licensed Qualified Engineer (P. Eng.) in Ontario
15+ years of MTO experience
Proficient in AutoCAD, Open Roads Designer, and Microstation
Solid leadership and communication skills
