Key Responsibilities:
• Manage collection and maintenance of resident data
• Oversee community’s accounting functions and budget analysis
• Interview, train, and evaluate assigned staff




• Coordinate human resources functions including on-boarding
• Serve as 'manager-on-duty' in the absence of senior staff

Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field
• Three or more years of business management experience
• Solid knowledge of provincial employment standards
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
