We are seeking a Vice President to evaluate M&A; opportunities and establish strategic partnerships. With 7 to 10 years in corporate finance or investment banking, you'll build relationships with Alternative Asset Managers and Investment Counselling Firms. This role will also involve supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate M&A; and strategic partnerships in asset management
• Build and maintain strategic coverage lists of asset managers
• Coordinate due diligence processes with internal and external teams




• Prepare financial models and executive-level presentations
• Analyze capital allocation and revenue models across segments

Requirements:
• 7 to 10 years in corporate finance or investment banking
• Robust experience in wealth management and asset management
• CPA, MBA, or CFA designation preferred
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
• Robust communication skills for senior audiences
