As an RPN at ParaMed, you will make scheduled visits to care for patients of all ages with diverse needs. Collaborate with RNs for complex cases and build long-term relationships with those you serve. By working within your scope, you'll help patients remain comfortable and healthy at home while honing your clinical skills and embracing independence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct scheduled community visits to assess patient needs
• Provide ethical and safe nursing care to patients
• Use assessment tools effectively to address individual needs




• Monitor and adjust care plans as required
• Maintain qualified patient records accurately

Requirements:
• Registration as an RPN with CNO in good standing
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access required
• Experience in community care is an asset
• Flexibility and reliability in travel
• Willingness to cover on-call hours as needed
