As a Senior HR Business Partner at Trans Mountain, you will engage with leadership to optimize organizational change and effectively manage workforce transitions. Your expertise will be crucial in developing high-performing teams while delivering HR programs tailored to major project needs. Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve conflicts and improve employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support organizational design and workforce mobilization activities
• Partner with leaders for effective talent and performance management




• Identify and escalate workforce trends and risks
• Deliver comprehensive HR systems and services
• Act as a liaison for conflict resolution

Requirements:
• 6+ years of progressive HR experience
• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• CPHR designation preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong focus on detail and accuracy
