As Controller, you will oversee PFN’s financial operations, reporting directly to the Band Manager. This role is central to ensuring robust financial governance, managing annual audits, and leading financial reporting aligned with community needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial governance and internal controls for PFN
• Lead budgeting and financial statement preparation
• Ensure compliance with various funding agreements




• Mentor a diverse finance team, both on-site and remote
• Drive continuous improvement and system automation initiatives

Requirements:
• CPA certification required
• At least 8 years of financial leadership experience
• Knowledge of financing in Indigenous or non-profit sectors
• Experience with Xyntax software
• Proven mentoring and management skills
