Key Responsibilities:
• Manage lifecycle and compliance of Defence contracts
• Interpret contract terms and provide compliance guidance
• Support negotiation and execution of change orders




• Oversee major subcontract operations and personnel
• Facilitate alignment with various organizational stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or similar
• At least 7 years of contract management experience
• Solid knowledge of Canadian defence procurement
• Valid negotiation skills and cross-departmental collaboration
• Awareness of ITB commitments and federal compliance
