In this essential role, you will report to the VP of People, Culture & Community while leading a talented team focused on workforce planning and organizational support. Your responsibilities include handling employee relations, managing complex investigations, and advising on leadership capability across regions. This position is pivotal in aligning IREN’s ambitious growth trajectory with effective people strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with executives to align people strategies with growth plans.
• Oversee employee relations, including performance management.




• Offer expert guidance in risk mitigation and organizational changes.
• Develop a team of People & Culture professionals.
• Manage employee lifecycle programs, ensuring consistency.

Requirements:
• 15+ years in HR, focusing on employee relations.
• Experience with complex organizations and HR functions.
• Strong legal and compliance knowledge.
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational change initiatives.
• Leadership experience in rapid-growing sectors.

Drive people initiatives that enhance organizational performance while fostering employee engagement at IREN.
