As the Manager, you will report directly to the Associate Director and take charge of implementing governance and project delivery standards. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in an engineering discipline and over a decade of project management experience in the public sector. Your leadership will directly influence the effectiveness and compliance of our water and wastewater capital projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee governance and standards for capital programs
• Ensure alignment with corporate procurement and legal frameworks
• Implement stage-gate controls for progress tracking




• Foster continuous improvement in engineering practices
• Manage reporting and portfolio management for projects

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Civil or related engineering field
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in project management
• Background in engineering governance and PMO functions
• Proven skills in portfolio management and process optimization
• Experience in a municipal or public sector setting
