As a Platform Reliability Engineer at Manulife, you will play a key role in ensuring system stability and performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Define SLOs and metrics for operational performance
• Automate workflows using AIOps and GitOps practices
• Respond to and mitigate platform incidents
• Ensure observability through logging and dashboards
• Enforce security and compliance throughout operations
Requirements:
• 5-8 years in DevOps or Production Operations
• Experience with cloud-native development and CI/CD
• Knowledge of Python and/or Java for automation
• Familiarity with compliance in AI/data systems
