What You’ll Bring
1. Strong Software Engineering Fundamentals
5–6+ years of professional software development experience.
Outstanding programming, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
Robust interest in software architecture and application design.
Experience designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining high-quality, secure, and stable production software.
2. Modern Web Development
Experience with Node.js / NPM .
Experience building applications using React and Redux .
Understanding of web-based technologies, concepts, and constructs.
Experience developing modular, componentized web applications.

AI-Assisted Development
Professional experience using AI coding assistants in production software development as part of your daily workflow.
Experience with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot , or comparable AI-powered development tools.
Build scalable and maintainable web applications and frameworks.
Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews .
Work closely with software engineers, QA, and designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Estimate development tasks, assess technical risks, and identify dependencies to support effective project planning.
Contribute to a collaborative Agile development environment.
Support CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
Apply automated testing strategies and tools to improve software quality and reliability.
Work with Git and GitHub for source control and collaborative development.
