Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and accredit the 402 Squadron AMO
• Lead compliance with Technical Airworthiness Manual (TAM)
• Monitor maintenance procedures and personnel training
• Facilitate communication with various stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices
Requirements:
• Engineering degree or equivalent aerospace experience
• At least 6 years in aerospace maintenance
• Familiarity with technical airworthiness standards
