CGL is seeking an Associate Vice President of Income Tax to spearhead tax compliance and advisory services. This hybrid role demands strategic thinking and robust leadership in corporate taxation.

As AVP, you will lead a team dedicated to managing corporate income tax risks and opportunities. Your role will involve developing strategic partnerships within Finance and Legal, ensuring effective management of tax implications for complex business initiatives. You will guide projects on mergers, acquisitions, and compliance while advocating for creative tax solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and mentor a skilled income tax team
• Collaborate on major projects involving M&A; initiatives
• Understand and advise on tax implications of business strategies




• Manage delivery of comprehensive tax compliance services
• Enhance tax accounting processes through efficiency improvements

Requirements:
• Degree in Business or Economics required
• CA or CPA designation with advanced tax certification
• 10-15 years of corporate tax experience
• Excellent technology skills, particularly Excel
• Experience in managing workflows and projects
