• Develop and execute Asset Management Strategy

• Oversee condition monitoring and predictive maintenance programs
• Engage with vendors and stakeholders for project alignment

Requirements:
• 8+ years in maintenance and reliability, especially in mining
• 3+ years in a leadership role
