Lead Telecon’s IT operations and service delivery as the Director in a hybrid capacity. Utilize your strategic vision to modernize IT while ensuring reliable and scalable service delivery.

This essential role reports to the Vice President – Shared Services and involves overseeing various IT functions. As a leader, you'll be responsible for establishing a modernization roadmap and enhancing service performance, directly impacting business objectives and operational efficiency. You'll also cultivate a team-oriented culture among teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and align IT service delivery strategy
• Direct daily IT operations across enterprise applications
• Monitor service levels, KPIs, and performance metrics




• Manage critical IT initiatives and project timelines
• Enhance IT operating practices and incident management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science
• Minimum of 10 years in IT leadership roles
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
• Strong knowledge of IT service performance and governance
• Effective stakeholder engagement and influence skills
