• Address both written and oral client inquiries
• Arrange billing and issue refunds or credits
• Collect and analyze client feedback regarding services
• Explain benefits, risks, and procedures to clients
• Carry out general office duties to support the team

Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate or equivalent
• Less than 7 months in a related role
• Knowledge of MS Office suite
• Effective English communication skills
