Reporting directly to the Director of Research Ethics and Integrity, you will facilitate the execution of the Institutional Research Data Management Strategy. You’ll work collaboratively with researchers, faculty, and various administrative units to assess needs and develop strategic initiatives that align with evolving data stewardship requirements. Your role is instrumental in supporting responsible data practices across campus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead RDM initiatives as part of the Institutional Steering Committee
• Evaluate institutional readiness and identify data gaps
• Develop training resources and implementation frameworks
• Engage diverse stakeholders in the RDM process
• Monitor and report on local and national RDM trends
Requirements:
• Relevant graduate degree or significant related experience
• Deep knowledge of data principles and Indigenous considerations
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
• Proficiency in digital collaboration tools
