Lead the fitness community as the Club Manager at Planet Fitness in Brockville, Ontario. This role focuses on team leadership and creating a welcoming setting for all members.

The Club Manager will oversee gym operations ensuring a successful, Judgement Free member experience. This position requires managing a agile team, recruiting and training staff, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. You will also be responsible for administrative duties including payroll, marketing efforts, and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, hire, and train high-performing staff
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests
• Maintain staff schedules and accountability in service




• Oversee cleanliness and regular facility maintenance
• Manage marketing promotions and daily bank deposits

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of management experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and quick to learn systems
• Robust leadership and coaching abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
