This role reports to the Manager of Health Services and the Registered Nurse. You will assist with patient care and provide supportive services. Candidates should bring a Health Care Aide Certificate and ideally have a year of previous care experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with patient/resident care and support services
• Demonstrate knowledge of basic nursing care techniques
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written
• Organize workload and set priorities efficiently




• Maintain positive relationships with patients and coworkers

Requirements:
• Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized institution
• One year of experience in rehabilitative or long-term care
• Familiarity with health care policies and procedures
• Competence in patient lifting and mobilization techniques
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
