This full time, permanent position engages directly with at-risk youth through various community settings. The successful candidate will employ trauma-informed strategies and harm reduction methods to foster trust and provide crucial immediate support. You'll play a vital role in connecting youth with resources that promote both stability and long-term solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute outreach in shelters and community spaces
• Foster trust with youth through supportive interaction
• Address basic needs and crisis situations
• Equip youth with harm reduction resources
• Navigate services for housing and legal support

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Social Work or related field
• 2-3 years experience with homeless youth
• Strong skills in mental health assessment
• Ability to de-escalate crisis situations
• Commitment to anti-oppressive practices
