You will be responsible for cleaning common areas and maintaining vacant suites, ensuring residents feel at home. This role balances independent work with collaborative efforts among team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain building entrances and office spaces
• Perform touch-ups in vacant suites
• Handle garbage and assist with snow removal
• Manage equipment maintenance and inventory
• Support other locations as needed
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of cleaning experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Ability to maneuver weights up to 90kg
• Excellent customer service and time-management skills
• Solid team spirit and positive attitude
