Join Ridge Meadows Hospital as a Receptionist, where you'll provide critical administrative support while ensuring a positive experience for patients and families. Engage directly with healthcare services in a team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for the Urgent Primary Care Centre. Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records, contributing to a seamless client experience. You'll work closely with clinical teams to support efficient operations and enhance patient access to care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations and incoming patient calls
• Register patients and schedule their appointments




• Maintain organized client filing systems
• Process incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently
• Prepare reports and resource materials for patients

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education with a Medical Office Assistant diploma
• One year relevant office experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
