GDI Ainsworth is actively seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental Specialist. With a minimum of five years in the HSE field, you will support regulatory compliance and improve safety performance. Your responsibilities include developing training programs, conducting risk assessments, and responding to incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee regional HSE systems
• Perform audits and risk assessments regularly
• Train staff on HSE policies and procedures
• Manage incident reporting and compliance issues
• Monitor fleet safety and maintenance of equipment
Requirements:
• 5+ years in HSE within the construction sector
• Post-secondary degree in Health & Safety/Setting
• Familiarity with safety legislation and codes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• CRSP designation is advantageous
