As a Class 4 Power Engineer with Shearer’s Foods, you'll play a pivotal role in monitoring plant operations, ensuring safety compliance, and performing mechanical troubleshooting. Your background in boiler management and proactive approach will help you thrive in this dynamic production workplace focused on quality and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Monitor key performance indicators in plant operations
• Document maintenance and safety activities thoroughly




• Conduct repairs and maintain cleanliness in the workspace
• Engage in safety initiatives to protect all team members

Requirements:
• Must hold a Class 4 Alberta power engineer certification
• At least 2 years of experience with boiler management
• Additional Millwright certification is advantageous
• Ability to function independently and collaboratively
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends
