In this role as a Maintenance/Pool Technician, you will partner with the Maintenance Manager to ensure the optimal functioning of our pools and facilities. Your responsibilities include managing chemical levels, temperatures, and cleanliness of 8+ pools while quickly troubleshooting minor plumbing issues. You will also enhance team efficiency by organizing supplies and providing consistent reports on facility conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain chemical levels and cleanliness of pools
• Repair basic plumbing problems in the building
• Support the Annual Maintenance Plan initiatives




• Keep supplies organized and stock levels managed
• Provide reports about facility maintenance to the manager

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in facility maintenance
• Understanding of basic maintenance, electricity, and HVAC
• Must be punctual and reliable in scheduling
• Able to lift objects up to 60 lbs
• Available to work evenings and weekends
