Position Summary
Work setting: Help desk, Onsite, In -Office or Remote
Key Responsibilities
Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced.
Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions.
Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
Participate in the redesign of applications and other software.
Support and Supervise other technical support workers in this group.
Required Qualifications
Minimum Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience.
Computer and technology knowledge: Windows Desktop (10, 11), Android, Apple, Internet Usage, File Management Software. Printers and Printing, Word Processing Software, Understanding of Email Systems, Knowledge of Office 365.

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Patience. Remain exceptionally calm when working with clients lacking technical knowledge.
