In this role, you will serve clients by providing expert advice on Autopac and Driver Licensing products. Building rapport is essential, allowing you to understand and meet clients’ unique coverage requirements. You will also have the chance to promote ONE Insurance's diverse product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create exceptional customer service experience for all clients
• Handle Auto Insurance transactions in a friendly manner
• Employ Prospector Program to capture leads efficiently
• Cross-sell auto extension products actively




• Provide assistance with Personal Lines processing as required

Requirements:
• One year of relevant insurance or customer service experience
• Manitoba General Insurance License preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge of Applied EPIC broker management system is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Legal authorization to work in Canada, transparent driving check needed
