In this 24/7 supported living position, you will assist individuals facing complex mental health and addictions challenges. Working with SCIS, you will implement trauma-informed and harm reduction practices to foster a supportive environment. Your role is pivotal in ensuring residents feel protected, respected, and heard.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mediate and resolve conflicts among residents
• Keep daily logs and write incident reports accurately
• Apply active listening techniques with residents
• Partner with team leads or authorities as needed

Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal skills required
• Background in conflict resolution training
• Composure under pressure is essential
• First Aid/CPR certification is required
• Additional training in Naloxone and trauma-informed care is preferred
