You will be responsible for operating dozers and excavators as well as other machinery necessary for excavation and grading. With a minimum of three years' experience, your role will involve pre-trip inspections and adhering to safety policies while ensuring efficient operation during projects. This position works on a 14-on, 7-off schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Excavators and Dozers for earthmoving
• Conduct inspection and maintenance of equipment
• Work collaboratively to achieve production targets




• Set up efficient material handling and separation processes
• Follow all Ledcor safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of heavy equipment operation experience
• Previous experience in road building or mining is preferred
• GPS machine control systems experience is ideal
• Ability to work day and night shifts
• Certification in Ground Disturbance Level 2 required
