ParaMed is seeking a proactive Recruiter to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates across our healthcare-focused teams. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage postings in our ATS, and partner with hiring leaders to deliver a positive candidate experience.
You will review applications, conduct prescreening interviews, and coordinate interviews, while maintaining robust relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to support ongoing talent pipelines.
