This is a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping the future of our operation while making a lasting impact on people, performance, and culture.We're looking for aProduction Manager to join our High Prairie OSB Division, located inHigh Prairie, Alberta. Our mill has undergone anexciting major rebuild and modernization including the commissioning of a new continuous press making us one of the most modern mills in North America.Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:Grade 12 diploma; post-secondary education in Engineering, Wood Sciences, Manufacturing, or a related field is considered an asset.Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and protected work practices.Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision‐making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.3-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably within wood products or a heavy industrial environment.Experience leading teams in a production setting.Continuous manufacturing and continuous press experience is considered an asset.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.We value diversity at Tolko and know that experience and knowledge comes in many forms.
