Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct patient care and administer medications
• Conduct clinical care assessments and care plans
• Communicate changes in resident conditions promptly
• Facilitate resident education and care team meetings
• Respond to medical emergencies and manage care assignments
Requirements:
• Current RPN registration in applicable province
• Experience in senior care settings preferred
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certified
• Recent Vulnerable Position Screening required
