Our partner is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Search) based in Canada.
This is a hands-on chance to own and scale paid search across multiple markets and business lines. You will be responsible for driving productive customer acquisition in a mature Canadian market while helping launch and build demand in the US. You will also manage paid search for an Australian brand and a growing B2B business. The role combines channel strategy, campaign execution, experimentation, measurement, and performance storytelling. You will work closely with web, CRO, and other commercial teams in a lean, fast-moving workplace. There is also significant scope to expand beyond Google and explore emerging search surfaces, automation, and AI-powered marketing tools.
