In this essential role at Budzey, you'll provide comprehensive support to individuals, including those with concurrent mental illness and substance use challenges. Through a strengths-based approach, you'll actively participate in service planning and daily support tasks, ensuring clients receive the best possible care and advocacy in various life areas, from health to social engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and execution of service plans
• Provide crisis intervention and medication management




• Keep track of client’s progress in achieving goals
• Organize health and recreational activities for residents
• Advocate for tenant needs within the housing community

Requirements:
• Community social services diploma or relevant experience
• Minimum of two years in social services focus
• Certification in First Aid and CPR
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License desired
• Successful criminal record check required
