In this role, you will report directly to the Operations Manager, overseeing the targeting and dispatching of propane deliveries, and providing customer support. Strong computer skills and knowledge in dispatching processes will facilitate effective management of operational demands and service excellence at Avenir Energy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with drivers to optimize delivery schedules
• Prepare dispatch selections and maintain day-to-day operations
• Analyze performance reports and adjust schedules as necessary




• Train colleagues on CUE dispatching tools and processes
• Respond to service inquiries promptly on weekends

Requirements:
• Asset: logistics or dispatching experience
• Required: proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in customer service roles important
• Advantageous: professional driving or fleet dispatching
• Familiarity with Liquid Fuels Handling Code
