This position is designed for a motivated professional passionate about improving care for individuals with severe mental health issues. You will be integral in mentoring staff, supporting the implementation of best practices, and fostering an environment of clinical excellence in Complex Mental Health programs. Your work aims to enhance quality of life for clients facing complex psychosocial challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a mentor and clinical resource for care teams
• Implement clinical standards and quality improvement initiatives
• Facilitate trauma-informed approaches and harm reduction strategies
• Evaluate interdisciplinary care planning practices
• Oversee assessment and documentation standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, CARNA registration
• 3 to 5 years of relevant clinical experience
• Advanced knowledge of mental health practices
• Training in psychosocial rehabilitation preferred
• Previous leadership experience is an asset
