Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily Front Desk operations and staff training
• Engage prospective members through effective sales strategies
• Tackle customer service challenges through cross-departmental collaboration




• Promote programs and build connections with members
• Ensure accurate data management for tracking membership trends

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in relevant roles
• Successful track record in sales and management
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history
• Excellent organization and listening abilities
• Comfortable working flexible schedule and engaging diverse populations
